Dr. Mike R. Williams, DVM

Dr. Williams is originally from Ozark, MO, a small town near Springfield, MO. He attended Oklahoma State University and graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Zoology. His original plans were to work towards a PhD in Physiology after graduation. During his last year of undergraduate coursework, he spent time at the OSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital and fell in love with veterinary medicine. He attended the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2004. His special interest is surgery, both soft tissue and orthopedic.

He lives with his wife, Dr. Theno, their 2 daughters, dogs, cats, fish, a snake, chickens and ducks. He is an avid runner, competing in ultramarathons. Say hi when you see him out running!

Dr. Angalyn D. Theno, DVM

A native of Kansas City, Missouri, she attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for her undergraduate coursework in Animal Science.

While attending veterinary school, she observed veterinary clinics in Missouri and Colorado. After graduating from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006, she practiced in Bowling Green, MO where she worked on cattle, horses, dogs, cats, and a Patagonian Cavy. She has a special interest in internal medicine and dentistry.

She lives with her husband Dr. Williams, their 2 daughters, dogs, cats, a snake, fish, chickens and ducks. Started at the practice in 2009.

Glo Brady – Office Manager

Glo has been with practice for over 20 years as the office manager. When she isn’t taking care of the business side of the practice, she enjoys assisting our doctors with patient care. If in the early spring, you hear goat noises in the clinic, Glo may be taking care of a bottle kid or two from her farm.

She lives Meade County with her husband, goats, miniature horses, chickens, dogs and cats on her farm.
Started at the practice in 1996.


Dr. Mary J. Dennis, DVM

Dr. Dennis grew up in wine country of northern California where she lived on a small 18-acre horse farm with her family. Moving to Kentucky later on in life, she attended Murray State University and Campbellsville University where she played collegiate basketball for all four years. During this time, she earned her bachelor’s degree and was accepted to Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine to continue her education. After graduating Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018, Dr. Dennis and her husband moved to the family farm in Hardin County, where they raise beef cattle, hay, grain crops, and a few horses for pleasure. Dr. Dennis enjoys all aspects of general medicine and enjoys the variety of different cases each day. If you see a miniature schnauzer running around the clinic, don’t be alarmed, Hershey comes to work every day with Dr. Dennis!

Dr. Dennis has been with the practice since May 2021. And yes, she is the tall doctor. 😊


Juliana Brown

Juliana was born and raised in Germany. In college, she studied social pedagogy. After marrying Gary, a Kentucky native and military man, they moved between Germany and the USA several times. Their four-legged family grew with every move.

Finally, they settled in Radcliff with seven animals. After volunteering and working for the Animal Refuge Center, she started working at this clinic in 1999. She works in the kennel as well as a veterinary assistant.

The Brown family includes 3 cats and one dog currently. Her interests are reading, history, and Scotland.


Allison Stimson

Allison recently moved to Kentucky from Southern California in 2023 and joined our team in June 2023. She enjoys spending time with her golden retriever at home or on road trips. Her passion for animals started at a young age while helping her grandparents take care of livestock. While you may find her at the receptionist’s desk, Allison still has a desire to continue learning more about health care for our small and large animals.


Stephanie Lucas

Stephanie graduated from Murray State University with a BSA as a veterinary technologist in 2018 and is currently a licensed veterinary technician in the state of Kentucky. She is working towards specializing in small animal nutrition. She joined our team in Radcliff in April of 2023. She loves spending her free time with her son and fur-babies. Something you can always bet she’s up for is coffee and tumbler collecting.


Katelynn “Katie” Eldridge

Katie has lived in Kentucky all her life. She lives with the family dog Deke and likes to go on boat rides at Kentucky Lake. She has been with the Bluegrass family for over 10 years. She was initially hired as kennel staff and now works as an assistant with the doctors. She can be seen up front in reception, tackling exam rooms, and primarily assisting in our surgeries.


Jolie “Jo” Alvey

Jo grew up on the southern LaRue/Hardin County line. She was raised on a farm with horses, cattle, dogs, and cats. She now resides in the same area, on the family farm with her husband, their Australian Cattle Dog Dale, and their 3 corgis Juneau, Mai, and Denali, raising beef cattle and corgis. She fell in love with veterinary medicine when she started in 2020. She can be found being a receptionist in the front, assisting the doctors in the rooms, or helping in the surgery room!

Hannah Colella

Hannah grew up in Glendale, Ky. She now lives in Elizabethtown with her husband, their children, and their corgi Milo. She recently graduated with her associate in science from ECTC in 2023. She fell in love with veterinary medicine when she started in 2020. She can be found being a receptionist in the front, assisting the doctors in the rooms, or helping in the surgery room!
